drastically lowered:\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>Small Hills - No Impact\r\u003Cbr>Large Hills - 0.5\r\u003Cbr>Mountains - 1\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>Fuel consumption is lowered by 50% while traveling on the
