Converted def overwrites to patches. Should now be fully compatible with DLCs.
Work time and amount for Grand sculpture lowered to provide a correct cost curve with the new sculptures.
Also adds a 5x5 Gigantic sculpture, not pictured.
Royal, Enormous, and Gigantic sculptures will support roofs.
