[Dizzy] RimLaser Patch: Burn! mod preview for RimWorld

This simple mod patches RimLaser so that instead of Bomb damage, the lasers do burn damage.

This simple mod patches RimLaser https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1465459039 so that instead of Bomb damage, the lasers do burn damage.

The incendiary lasers still do the extra flame damage and such.

That's it.
