A mod I commissioned Thekiborg to make and now maintain myself.
Adds a gene to rip genes of your choice from downed pawns, killing the target in the process.
You can adjust in the settings whether it becomes an endogene or a xenogene.
Added new option to remove existing conflicting genes.
