Reverse Commands changes the order of right-click commands.
Instead of selecting a colonist first, you can select the thing you want to interact with, choose the action, and then choose who should do it.
It cuts down on map scrolling and makes some command-heavy moments feel more natural, especially when the target is already in front of you.
