Allows ideoligions to be saved and loaded while creating a world.
[This mod is still useful - for some reason, the devs neglected to allow ideoligions to be saved/loaded for NPC factions]
Allows ideoligions to be saved and loaded while creating a world. Frankly, this should have been in the base game from the start.
Please note: loading an ideologion will replace the currently-selected ideoligion, including converting factions to the loaded one.
