Silent Shuttles

Someone requested a mod to make the passenger shuttles in Odyssey quiet. Turns out, the shuttles all share the same ambient sound, so it works whether it's a shuttle from Royalty or Odyssey.

Technically, the mod doesn't require either expansion pack, but you won't get any benefit from it unless at least one of them is loaded.
