Q: What is the purpose of this mod?
A:
Makes killboxes effective again by forcing raiders to advance through barricades/sandbags/fences like how they used to in 1.5, no more raiders standing and shooting from buildings that are marked as "pass through only" hence the name of this mod.
Mid save compatible? Yes
Safe to remove? Should be yes, this is a simple harmony patch.
CE compatible? Yes.
Untested in 1.5 but should work...Though you won't really need it there.
