What is this?

This is a brand-new storyteller for you, either a self-balancing tool or your worst gambling nightmare.

Meet Victor

Victor is an uptight man who has endured quite a lot of chaos. He's learned to prefer a precise control over his surroundings. While strict, he is willing to strike a bargain.

The central mechanic

This storyteller gives you the opportunity to skip events. However, what happens afterward is up to the bargain that you have struck with Victor when selecting the storyteller. Events could return later, sometimes even with greater force than how they first appeared.

The bargain

Victor allows for three leniencies to his policy on events.
  • Revenge, passed events can return with a configurable chance.
  • Fury, passed events can return with double the power.
  • Stack, passed events can return stacked ontop of new ones or each other.

What is this for?

This is meant for people who want more precise control over when events happen, gambling addicts who want to see how much pain they can end up avoiding, or just people looking for a unique spin on the game.
